Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and untampered.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier service and retain your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
